Returns and Exchanges Policy - Mood Case Design

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@moodcasedesign.com — we’ll be happy to assist you.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in perfect condition.

• Returns are only eligible for items that have not been purchased at a discounted price.

• Notify our team of any return so we can process your request quickly and efficiently.

Associated Fees:

• For a definitive return, shipping costs are your responsibility.

• If you opt for an exchange (e.g., a different size or product), the return shipping and the new item’s delivery are fully covered by us.

• Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days after the item arrives at our warehouse.
