These Terms of Service govern all sales made on the Mood Case Design website. By placing an order, you fully accept these terms.

We offer electronic accessories: iPhone cases, MacBook protectors, and Apple Watch bands. Product images are non-contractual, but we ensure they provide a faithful representation of each item.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed exclusively online. Payment is secure and can be made via:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

• Klarna

 

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Delivery times vary from 4 to 8 business days, depending on the destination country.

The carrier is automatically selected based on the shipping location.

5. Returns and Exchanges

You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return an item.

• Exchanges for a different size or model are free of charge.

• Standard returns (refund requests) are accepted, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
